consistently meeting hefty sales and profit goals ensured Lynda was the
ideal person in the global network to lead the development of Focus on
Facilitation. She has a deep understanding of the tools, how they work,
and how to apply them.
Creator of the Innovation Instinct™:
A practical tool and framework that helps clients clarify what innovation is for their business,
where to hunt for it and how to develop it. Clients often incorporate
the tool with de Bono tools as one way to work towards creating a
culture of innovation.
Business expansion underway: A real go getter,
Lynda is currently working on introducing a new division "de Bono For
Schools." She met with Dr. de Bono to present the business case
and secured his approval in Oct. 2007. The target date to be ready to go
is July 31, 2008.
Over 30 years of practical business experience:
Delivered $100.0 million in sales. Experienced with market research,
forecasting, vendor negotiations, product development, packaging design,
merchandising, advertising and marketing. Her real-world experience
connect with clients — she understands the fast pace of work having
thrived on the firing line everyday for 18 years in the midst of rapid and revolutionary change. Lynda
is well equipped to help clients tackle their business challenges with
fresh new thinking.
Inducted into the Innovator’s Club: A celebration
at the 2004 Future by
Design Conference as recognition for her consistent innovative work with
de Bono’s methods.
Trained and certified by Dr. de Bono: One
of only 37 Master Trainers worldwide who has also been leading de Bono
workshops and seminars since 1992.
Affiliations: Lynda is past President of the Greater Los Angeles
Chapter of the National Speakers Association, is a member of the
International Association of Facilitators and the World Future Society. She believes in giving back
and coaching and mentoring others in the field. It’s so important to
grow and nurture new talent.
Goal: A Canadian citizen living in Los Angeles, Lynda always
welcomes the opportunity to work with clients in Canada and will expand
the business by opening a Canadian office when the timing is right.
